Presents for people who are annoying to buy for.

Organised by the person, not the product. The dad who already owns everything. The colleague you drew in Secret Santa and have spoken to twice.

We read the spec sheets, the owner reviews and — more usefully — the complaints, then pick the ones worth someone else's money. Prices and stock get re-checked every morning, so nothing here should send you somewhere that no longer exists.

Who are you buying for?

Every list is short on purpose — a handful of things we'd actually give, rather than twenty padded out to reach a number. Where we only found three worth naming, you get three.

How this works

We choose for a person

The question is never "what's the best blender". It's what to get someone who has just moved and owns nothing, or a colleague you have spoken to twice. That's a judgement about people, not about products.

We read the complaints

Spec sheets say what something is meant to do. Thousands of owner reviews say what it actually does, and the one-star ones are usually the most informative part.

We check every morning

An automated job re-checks price and stock across everything we list, daily. Anything discontinued comes off. It is the one thing we can do that someone with a lab cannot.
